I made brachola for dinner last night and served witth the traditional soft polenta instead of rice. But since I was whipping up some polenta, I decided to do a double batch and save half of it for frying later. As I write I am literally pigging out on fried polenta. My husband is attending an evening meeting but if he comes home too late there might not be any polenta left!

For an additional charge (ranging from $6 to $8), guests opting for the Gaucho Lunch can add a selection of fire-roasted lamb, steak, chicken or pork carved tableside by the gaucho chefs. The lunch includes garlic mashed potatoes, carmelized bananas and fried polenta with parmesan cheese.


The side dishes are brought to every table and are kept fresh throughout the meal. They include a creamy garlic mashed potatoes topped with cheese and chives, caramelized bananas, and fried polenta squares topped with parmesean cheese. The sides are fantastic and are all gluten-free!
